The Four Seasons Culinary Discovery is a global journey curated by esteemed chef René Redzepi of the world-renowned Copenhagen restaurant Noma. Guests will embark on a nineteen day, nine city journey. Throughout guests will receive an insider look into the people, places, and products that are changing the culinary landscape of our world.

  • Seoul, South Korea. After meeting your journey’s dedicated support team over cocktails, begin your extraordinary culinary expedition with a private visit of the Changdeokgung Palace, followed by a private dinner at chef Jong Kuk Lee’s home to experience his renowned farm-to-table cuisine. Visit the Jin-Kwan temple at the foot of picturesque Mt. Bukhan to learn the spiritual Buddhist preparation of temple food used for centuries to enrich the practice of meditation. Immerse yourself in Korean culture with a visit to an expert ceramicist’s studio and a fashion studio that reinterprets traditional Korean clothing for the modern era. Celebrate your time in Korea with a festive meal at the home of New Korean cuisine, Jungsik, ranked in the top 10 of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants.
  • Tokyo, Japan. Join world-renowned chef Namae Shinobu for a private dinner at his Michelin-starred restaurant L'Effervescence. Enjoy an early morning visit to the Tsukiji Fish Market with a local Tokyo chef to learn the ins and outs of sourcing fresh ingredients, including fish, and witness the world-famous live tuna auction. In the evening, savor dinner at Yakiniku Nakahara, one of the city’s finest Kobe beef destinations.
