Nigerian oil spill By Danny Marczewski and charlie Krsulich

In The niger delta river all you can see is oil. Somewhere between 25,000 and 30,000 barrels were spilled

Their food supply of fish have suffered from this spill.

The river is filled with oil every where and the environment is suffering a ton from the oil spill and the fires set on the oil.Also the farmers and fishermen are suffering a lot because the fish and their crops are dying.

The oil companies had old corroded pipes, the reason the oil was spillied

Schell is now forced to clean up the oil spill but are only doing a half hearted job.

Schell is claiming that it was caused by the locals stealing oil and they are arguing whose fault it was. And no one is really cleaning it up!

How can you help?

You can help raise awareness about this issue, or even go help clean up the oil yourself.

This is serious, people are dying because of the oil filled water and their shrinking food supply.

Please help spread awareness about this issue.
