Our new strategy of getting prepayment was successful (semiannual and quarterly prepayment for service was chosen over paying monthly) This helps customers commit during implementation
New sales organizational structure rolled out with 3 new roles (R&B, Brand Ambassador/Qualifier, Sales Consultant/Closer) This will allow us to reach out to more people and sign more customers!

We repurposed some video content and made two new videos for Facebook and Youtube.
We will begin making more videos for the towing industry with Morgan Towing. This will be a content tool to gain the interest, trust, and time of our Towing audience. We will create quality content that no one else in the industry is capable of.
Educate - Show how difficult tows are performed safely and efficiently.
Show how the best in the industry get the job done using Omadi. How to grow a business, how to manage a large fleet. customer service, employee training etc.
All content will be filmed via GoPros mounted to tow trucks. This will allow for minimal on site time & the ability to capture content that would be impossible to otherwise get.
