August 2016 Newsletter

Hello Fellow Omadien's,

The month of August was another great month for Omadi.

We introduced our new pricing model with Omadi Essential, Team & Professional Plans. This is a big change and a step forward for Omadi as it helps us ensure we can capture all segments of the markets and verticals we serve. All the way from 1-5 employee operators up to and including enterprise accounts with hundreds of employees.

In the near future it will also allow our smaller clients to essentially sign up and start using Omadi much more quickly in a "self provisioning" type of model.

We recognized our first ever #TruckOfTheMonth Contest Winner.

"Lady Luck"

We went to the Tow Expo in Dallas. We were able to generate leads that closed.

We landed Howards Wrecker who's owner is President of TRAG (Towing & Recover Association of Georgia)

We landed our largest towing client ever. We are currently in implementation with them.

We sold our first Omadi essential deals (Accelerated and 24hr towing)

Our new strategy of getting prepayment was successful (semiannual and quarterly prepayment for service was chosen over paying monthly) This helps customers commit during implementation

New sales organizational structure rolled out with 3 new roles (R&B, Brand Ambassador/Qualifier, Sales Consultant/Closer) This will allow us to reach out to more people and sign more customers!

It's pretty safe to say it was our best August Ever! Great Work Sales Team!

Our Booth at the Dallas Tow Show

2000 flyers will be shipped on September 15th to tow company owners through the Towing & Recovery Association of America (TRAA)

Jon didn't watch the Olympics :) He was working :)

We moved up two spots on Capterra and we are on our way of becoming the most reviewed towing software there. We got 10 new 5 star reviews and got a 1 star review removed.

We repurposed some video content and made two new videos for Facebook and Youtube.

We will begin making more videos for the towing industry with Morgan Towing. This will be a content tool to gain the interest, trust, and time of our Towing audience. We will create quality content that no one else in the industry is capable of.

Educate - Show how difficult tows are performed safely and efficiently.

Show how the best in the industry get the job done using Omadi. How to grow a business, how to manage a large fleet. customer service, employee training etc.

All content will be filmed via GoPros mounted to tow trucks. This will allow for minimal on site time & the ability to capture content that would be impossible to otherwise get.
