Gas Mask

Gas Masks were heavily used in the battles of World War I. In World War I, many battles used deadly gases, such as poison gas. These gas masks would protect the soldier wearing it from the gases, therefore saving them from death (Life).

Entrenching Tool

The picture above shows and entrenching tool. These tools were very important if you wanted to be able to survive your time in the trench. Soldiers would take these tools with them as they dig out the trenches that they will live in for the next few years of their life. These tools allowed you to make a trench fairly fast (Episode).

Steel Helmet

In World War I, you needed to have a helmet, or at least something to protect your head. In World War I, they shot a lot of shells at the enemy, and you needed protection. Soldiers wore the steel helmet to protect their heads, as some people who didn't wear helmets got severely injured (Episode).

Field Medical Kit

Canons are being fired almost every minute, there are a lot of injured people. In order to survive these attacks, we have the field medical kit. The field medical kit is used as a quick pouch that one can carry into the attack field to treat wounded patients. This is very important, as their was limited time one can survive once being shot (Life).

Bayonet

Bayonets were very important in theory of World War I. They were the type of weapon that people used for close range fighting. They look like little knives, and are very sharp (Life).
