Mason Nation Virtual 5K

Get ready to get moving in the first Mason Nation Thriving Together Virtual 5K! Held Oct. 15 - 18, this 5k will support students through donations to the University Life Student Emergency Fund & the Student Food & Housing Insecurity Fund. Click here for more information.

Facility Feature

Did you know we moved the Cycling Studio in the AFC to the upstairs Group Fitness room? Cycling classes are being hosted there to accommodate social distance requirements.

Fitness Tip

This months fitness tip has a twist! We know many of you are still exercising from home, so... A bench, indoor or outside, can be a great tool for a unique workout. Try using it for tricep dips and inclined or declined pushups.
