Nurture Yourself a one-day retreat

Before the autumn leaves are falling, let‘s gather to nurture ourselves and each other

On Saturday September 28th we are opening the doors at the beautiful Yogastudio 118 again for a One Day Retreat. Spend a whole day with us right in the city, a magical haven away from the bustle.

WHEN? Saturday, September 28 9.30-18.00

WHERE? Yogastudio 118, Van Beverningkstraat 118, 2582VK Den Haag

Meet us in Den Haag for a full day of nurture

Before the autumn leaves are falling, let‘s gather to nurture ourselves and each other: With good food for your body, your soul and your thoughts. Make summer last just a little longer and take the light and energy with you into the slower, more quiet time of the year.

We will move, taste and laugh together :)

Surrender with us into the nurturing energy of the harvest season with Slow Flow Yoga, Myofascial Release workshop, Restorative Yoga, chanting, preparing a lovely meal together, and lots of good energy :)

A wonderful occasion to energize, relax, feed your body and soul and connect with each other. Whether you practice yoga every day, or this will be your first time stepping onto a yoga mat, we look forward to welcoming you there. We have 9 spots for our Nurture Yourself One Day Retreat & we would love it if you would join us!

Book before Aug 31 to receive the "early bird" price! Join us for €75.

If you book after Aug 31, we've still got your back! The regular ticket price is €89.
