Birthday Surprise Suzan john

"Good morning." Sarah cheers. As she jumps onto the kitchen counter as her mom begins to prepare breakfast.

"Morning Sarah, Happy birthday!" Her mom and dad say with excitement. As they walks towards her and traps her into a tight warm hug before she takes a seat in the kitchen as her sister Lindsey comes out with her favorite kind of cake which was vanilla with coconut flavor which her mom had baked for her.

"Happy birthday to you..", everyone begins to sing.

"Make a wish!" Lindsey shouts out.

.

It has been already been more than three weeks of Sarah passing away. As Sarah's mom is sitting in the front row at the Sire funeral home as Lindsey is holding her hand, her other daughters closed casket lays in front of her as she gazes up and tears seem to start to run down her eyes she began to whimper as she walked up to the podium and peered over to say goodbye one last time. She begins to lead everyone in a prayer shrieking out loud, until the last thing she felt was her head smacked the ground.

"Ok tell me exactly what happened Mary!" He demanded as they were literally pulling into the hospital parking lot.

"She got into a car accident, it is really serious so she's in a coma." She whimpered.

"She got into a car accident what! He shouted out loud. Then you could hear Lindsey crying in the back."

"No honey don’t cry, she's going be okay." Her mom said as she wiped the tears off of her face. As they approached the front desk her dad asked them where Sarah was and they were leaded into a room where they see Sarah laying there unconscious hooked up to a bunch of machines.

"I'm sorry but we tried our best but sadly she lost too much blood." The nurse addressed with sadness and then her mom dropped to the ground as Lindsey jumped into her dad's arms and tears drew down all of their faces.

"Not my girl!" She screamed as the nurse lead them in to the room to see her dead daughter on the hospital bed. Then weeks later they prepare for her funeral dressed in all black where they have to go bury their daughter.

"Why so blue Lins?" Sarah wondered as Lindsey began to explain she wanted to celebrate her sisters birthday with her and asked if she could tag along with Sarah to her birthday party but Sarah politely refused.

"You are the worst sister ever!" She screamed as she stormed out of her room.

"How did this even happen?" Her dad asked the nurse.

"Well it seems she had an aneurism growing in her brain and at times certain types of emotions seem to set it off, then they can't control what they are feeling and she was going way to fast then ran into a tree." The doctor told them.

"She's going to be okay right?" Asked her mom.

"We are doing the best we can and wishing for the best." As she said in a straight face.

"What kind of things set off this aneurism in her brain?" Her dad asked.

"Most times it can be intense feelings like stressed, frustration, anger." She said.

"Anger?" Her mom gasped.

"Yes really intense anger can set this off in their brain and in her condition since it's been growing for a while she couldn’t control over it, when it bursts and she can't do anything about it depending on the situation." She repeated.

How come we were never told previously about this thing in her brain her?" Mom asked.

"It never seems to be a problem until they turn 18." The doctor replied.

"But she's only sixteen" her dad answered.

"We will be looking further into that, but the worst time to have an aneurism is when you're driving it's like someone is taking the wheel. So it really took a toll." The doctor said.

Then another doctor walked up towards them and asked them to have them stay in a waiting room. Until they were there for about two hours then came a doctor coming out of her room and walking towards the parents.
