Beautiful Koh Chang by Ruedi Gisiger

Koh Chang is Thailand's third largest island. It's on the Gulf of Thailand's eastern seaboard, 310 km from Bangkok, near the boarder with Cambodia.

At present there are nine villages on the island, which is 30 km long by 14 km wide with a total area of 217 km2.

Its a mountainous island, with Khao Salak Phet being the highest peak at 743 meters.

Ferries to Koh Chang run from Leam Ngob in Trat town, connecting with Ao Sapparot pier, Dan Kao pier and Leam Ngob pier.
