What are the differences between Tonga and Samoa culture 

Samoans and Tongans are both Polynesians but there are many differences between the two groups.

Most Samoans and Tongans speak English.

Samoans and Tongans are very respectful to there people and other people that aren't there culture.

The Samoan flag display the White stars of the southern cross they blue is said to represent freedom, the red is represented for courage.

The Red Cross is symbolic of Christianity coming to the island , white symbolised purity , red represents the blood of Christ.

The Samoan culture most of the activities they do are done together.

There are 3 main parts in the Samoan culture that is faith, family and music.

The traditional living fale (house) have no walls and up to 20 people may sleep on the ground in the same house.

During the day the fale is used for chatting and relaxing.

Elders in the family are greatly respected and they hold the highest status.
