Nicholas Lommen, a senior design major, has won the 2017 Exhibit Design Excellence Scholarship for undergraduate design students from Wisconsin-based MG Design.
The Laporte, Minn., native has held a 4.0 GPA and has maintained a spot on the Dean’s List during his time at BSU while also working and volunteering.
An exhibition of Lommen's work is open in Gallery X, located in BSU’s Bridgeman Hall, until April 19. The exhibit, GAME ON, features digital artwork and in-process videos drawn from video games that have inspired him throughout his life – including Halo, Mario, Star Fox and Mortal Kombat.
