Skits my solution to late-night hall noise

Several students on my hall tend to make a fair amount of noise well after nine or ten o'clock at night.
Noise generated from loud individuals on hall makes it tough to sleep and do other important things for many students (homework).

Loud individuals must eventually face the consequences for their rowdiness.

Fork in the road: either loud students on hall seventeen two get written up for their repeated clamorous behavior or they take part in a skit at hall meeting.

Taking part in a skit is a FUN way that loud individuals can teach their hall mates, and learn themselves, about the importance of silence after quiet hours.
Those taking part in the skits and those viewing the skits may come to a better understanding of the importance of a quiet hall environment at night, and therefore be more silent while others try to sleep or study.
