Quality Car & Truck Repair Moving targets Marketing

Quality Car & Truck Repair

The following presentation will outline the approach we will take to managing your social media pages. It documents the main objectives associated with each platform as well as the tone we will use when speaking as your brand.

Maintenance Tips

These posts are the core of your content strategy. We want to share useful vehicle maintenance information that informs your audience and places your shop as a trustworthy group of experts. This would be a great place to display some video or pictures of you teaching share some of the knowledge you have.

Business Features and Upcoming Events

These posts will feature some of the services you provide at your shop and any upcoming classes you would like to promote to your audience.

This post is just an example for what we can do for you. Once we have more information about where you will be instructing and what you will actually be presenting, we can change the content accordingly.

Promotional

We don't want your pages to look like an annoying billboard, but it is important to mix in some branded sales messaging on occasion. These posts will feature your logo and any branding elements you'd like us to include. The message will encourage customers to call to schedule service and to look to your business as the destination for car care knowledge. If you work with any co-op organizations that reimburse you for promoting their products, I can send you these graphics at the end of each month.

Tone

Our aim is to position Quality Car & Truck Repair as a trustworthy place for people to bring their cars for service or repair. But being informative alone won't totally accomplish that goal; since auto repair is a grudge purchase for many drivers we need to highlight your shop's strong expertise and family ownership that allow you to instill total customer satisfaction.

User-Generated Content

User-generated content is content (e.g., photos, videos, reviews) created by customers who use your products or services. Sharing UGC via your social networks has become a marketing game changer because it builds trust and enriches the user’s experience. Knowing that advertisements are designed to show a business’s good side, prospects tend to view UGC as more credible and unfiltered — perfect for showing what the customer service and atmosphere is really like and priming them for a consistent in-person experience. We will be retweeting updates in the automotive industry and positive mentions about the shop by users on Twitter.
