Chicken teriyaki wrap and healthy milkshake
On Tuesday the 14th of march me and my group made chicken teriyaki wraps and a healthy milkshake . The process of creating our wraps and milkshakes was super fun and very easy. It wasn't complicated and it fit perfectly in the amount of time available. The best part of making the meal was putting together the wraps. It was fun to look at all the healthy vegetables together in the wrap, it was kind of like an art piece. The chicken was cooked amazingly and the teriyaki sauce tasted good. All together the wrap was very high quality and very successful. next time i would add more chicken and less lettuce as we didn't use it all. Everything else about the wrap was perfect. The milkshakes on the other hand didn’t turn out as well as I thought. It tastes very bland and I probably should've put more cinnamon in it. The milkshakes weren't very successful and the quality of them wasn't good. over all the meal was great and the process was really smooth.
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons of mirin
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 20 ml olive oil
- 300g of chicken breast fillets
