Healthy Habbits

Healthy habits can help people to feel better physically and mentally. Being healthy may seem difficult. You get busy, we get tired among other excuses.There are many reasons why people should be healthy, our lives depend on it.

1- Eat breakfast every morning

  • It causes less body fat and lowers cholesterol. A good breakfast includes foods for many different food groups like fruits, grains and dairy products.

2- Eat fish

  • You should eat fish at least twice a week. Fish is low in bad and saturated fat and it contains omega 3 which is a fatty acid that can reduce the risk of heart deseases.

For example tuna, salmon, herring or trout

3- Sleep seven hours

  • Poor sleep quality can affect our memory and learning.
Experts advice getting at least seven hours sleep a night.

4- Make social relations

  • Being social can be very helpful to our health. Also, being involved in a group keeps your mind busy. And active mind is a healthy mind.
For example meet with your friends to play some games or do sport...or speak with your parents and family

5- Take care of your teeth

If our teeth are not healthy, often our hearts are no healthy. Research shows that taking care of your teeth can add over six years to your life.

6- Exercising

It helps control a person’s body weight. It helps grow healthy muscles, bones and joints. It reduces the risk of high blood pressure and diabetes. Also, it provides mental well-being and it helps manage stress.

7- Have a hobby

  • Hobbies help people to relax and rest. Hobbies bring us joy.
For example cooking, reading or walking

8- Protect your skin

The Sun produces UV rays which harm our skin. Too much sun can cause cancer. We should always protect our skin.

9- Eat healthy between meals

  • Snacking fruit and vegetables help the body fight sickness.

10- Drink water

Water helps to clear our bodies of harmful waist materials. We must drink around eight glasses of water.

Also, you can drink tea which helps improving memory and prevents problems with our teeth. It may even help prevent cancer and heart deseases.
