Increase in Sleep, Increase in Athletic, and academic Performance Implementation of a New Policy for Liberty Athletics

Coaches at Liberty University should not be allowed to schedule early morning workouts prior to eight in the morning.

Not allowing early morning workouts will benefit the student athletes at Liberty in their athletic performance.

Similar to athletics, allowing student athletes to sleep in later will improve their performance in their academics.

Through implementing this policy, coaches at Liberty will begin to experience success in their programs.
