Week Three Autumn term 2

In number work the children completed the post-assessment for multiplication.

Our new number work topic is division. The children completed the pre-assessment.

In English, the children wrote a diary entry from Samuel Pepys.

In mantle, we met King Charles ll. Most of the city has burned down from the fire. King Charles ll gave us a commission to start rebuilding the city. Our responsible team is now the King’s Builders.

In R.E. the children made Diwali cards to celebrate the Hindu festival of light.

This week was Anti-bullying Week

Our work in English was based on the theme, United Against Bullying. We wrote about the part we all play in stamping out bullying.

How studious do we look in this picture?! (We we’re doing our spelling test)

In maths we have been studying time. We have learned about the different units of time and compared intervals of time.

This song really helps us to remember the days of the week.
