Why did you choose Loomis?

I chose Loomis for the incredibly welcoming community. I felt so at home coming onto the campus for the first time! I also chose Loomis because the sports are awesome.

What has been your favorite thing about Loomis?

The long-lasting friendships I have made with so many different people

What is your best Loomis memory to date?

Our double overtime win against Choate in basketball my freshman year was pretty amazing. We had a huge crowd and the place went nuts when the game ended.

Do you have a special pregame ritual?

I eat candy right before I play.

What is it like playing two sports on campus?

I think getting to be on two varsity teams is really fun. You get to experience different dynamics and have the opportunity to compete at high levels in both of your sports.

What do you like most about living in the dorm?

I like the overall bond I get to create with everyone on my floor and the dorm and the feeling of a home inside the dorm.

What has been your favorite class so far?

This year it is definitely English. I love to read and write.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

I love to cook and bake!

What is one thing you learned about yourself during COVID-19?

I discovered that I really like photography.

If you could play any other sport what would it be?

Most likely lacrosse

Do you have any advice for new students at Loomis or students who are thinking about coming to Loomis?

Loomis has the most welcoming community and has so much support in not only academics but also sports and the interests [that] you want to pursue outside of school. Come to Loomis!
