This is a picture of Purdue University, home to the Purdue Boilermakers. Purdue University is a public research university. It was founded on May 6th, 1869. It was founded by John Purdue. The acceptance rate is 55.8% (2016).

Purdue University is in West Lafayette, Indiana. The border states of Indiana are Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky. Indiana's capital city is Indianapolis, as marked in the middle picture, the map of Indiana. The first image is a map of West Lafayette, the city where Purdue University is in. The third and last photo is a picture of Indiana and the bordering states.

Up above is a map of the different time zones in the United States. As you can see, Indiana is partially in the Eastern time zone and partially in the Central time zone. The picture next to the time zone map is Indiana's state flag.

In the first picture, it shows the nickname of the state of Indiana, the Hoosier State. In the second image it show the state flower, the peony. In the third image it shows Indiana's state bird, which is the Cardinal.

Up above are some of Indiana's state attractions. The first one is the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site, which is the house of the 23rd President, Benjamin Harrison, who was in office from 1889 to 1893. The second one is Lake Michigan, which is usually one of Michigan's state attractions but can be seen from Indiana, which borders Michigan. The third and last attraction is the Wyandotte Caves, which are a pair of limestone caves located on the Ohio River.

The first image on the left is a picture of Michael Jackson who was a famous singer. He was born on August 29th, 1958, in Gary, IN. Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009, in Holmby Hills, Las Angeles, CA. The second image is a picture of Mike Pence, who is currently the Vice President of the United States. He was born in Indiana on June 7th, 1959, in Columbus, IN. He is currently 57. The third and final image is a picture of Colonel Sanders, who is most known for the founding of the fast food restaurant, Kentucky Fried Chicken. He was born on September 9th, 1890, in Henryville, Monroe Township, IN. He died on December 16th, 1980, in Louisville, Kentucky.

This is the mascot of Purdue University. Like I wrote earlier, their team is the Purdue Boilermakers. The mascot's name is Pete. Pete the Boilermaker.

The player above is Caleb Swanigan. He plays for the Purdue Boilermakers, his number is 50. Currently he is a Sophomore. His height is 6'9". He weighs about 250 pounds. Te next picture next to Caleb Swanigan is a picture of his hometown, Fort Wayne, IN.

Up above is a picture of my partner and I, dressed up for our team. We chose to dress up as Pete, the mascot. We made t-shirts and hats made out of paper mache. We also made hammers out of cardboard.

Up above is video of Purdue University's fight song. The song lyrics was written by James Morrison in 1912 and was set to music by Edward Wotawa. The completed song was published in 1913. The two people that wrote the song were students at Purdue University. James Morrison was in the class of 1915 and Edward Wotawa was in the class of 1912.
