September Moon Five-piece vocal harmony band

Bio

Based out of Fort Worth, Texas, September Moon is a lively five-piece vocal harmony-centered band whose sounds seems to defy a genre, but audiences have no trouble connecting with. Their music creatively blends country, folk, rock, and Americana into one rich and unique sound. The band released their first EP, Float Away, in April 2018, and their latest single, Abilene, was released in October 2018. Both can be found through all major online music distributors.

September Moon is the creation of founding members Daniel Brown (vocals/lead guitar) and Katherine Rublein (vocals/rhythm guitar/ukulele/harmonica), who began the project as an acoustic duo in 2015. Three years later, they decided to shake things up and expand to a full band with the addition of PJ West (lead guitar/vocals), Will Shotwell (bass), and Marcus Miralez (drums). This changed their sound dramatically. Between the soaring guitar licks, the driving bass lines, and the three-part harmonies, their songs took in a breath of fresh air and there was no turning back.

Clockwise from Top: PJ West, Katherine Rublein, Marc Mirelez & Will Shotwell, and Daniel Brown.
