Summer Camp Director ALisen Booker

Daily Tasks: manage overall program content and structure, monitor the health and safety of all campers and staff, supervise and monitor a staff of 20-100 people

Work schedule: January- June working 4 days a week

Salary: 40,000

Work environment: work with group of children, they are outdoors a lot

Issue/problems that may arise: children could get into a fight with one another

How do they help children and/or families: communicate with parents about camp

Education: degree within a field of education, child psychology, social work, or equivalent field

Work skills: extensive experience managing staff and working in youth based programs, have to be over 21
