Coaching Cricket Off Season Females Only Strength and Conditioning Program Winter 2019

We believe that every player needs to put their bat and kit bag away after a busy season, but, remain active. Thats why we have devised a program that will allow ladies aged between 8 and 80 to either maintain their fitness or kick start their program. The program starts at the beginning of May through to June 2019. This is a holistic approach to the off season where we keep you fit, extend your range of motion, and stay active.

Strength and Conditioning Program

Session 1: Capability Assessment (Identify strengths and opportunities for each athlete) - Saturday 4th May 4:00pm or Sunday 5th May 2:00pm

Session 2: Upper Body Strength - Saturday 11th May 4:00pm or Sunday 12th May 2:00pm

Session 3: Lower body strength - Saturday 18th May 4:00pm or Sunday 19th May 2:00pm

Session 4: Core Stabilisation and Strength - Saturday 25th May 4:00pm or Sunday 26th May 2:00pm

Session 5: Introduction to Plyometric Training - Saturday 1st June 4:00pm or Sunday 2nd June 2:00pm

Session 6: Individualised Programming - Saturday 8th June 4:00pm or Sunday 9th June 2:00pm

Program Details

Riaan Cloete - ASCA Level Two Accredited Coach

Program starts Saturday 27th 4:00pm at Prendiville Catholic College (Entrance off Constellation Ave). Each Session is 45 minutes long. All females aged between 8 and 80 are welcome.

Cost is $150.00 for the 6 sessions.
