30th Senior Challenge Matches Oct. 22 - Hidden creek golf club

On foreign yet familiar turf, the Golf Association of Philadelphia looks to win its 16th Senior Challenge Matches title.

Hidden Creek Golf Club will serve as host for the 30th Senior Challenge Matches — an event featuring the Golf Association of Philadelphia, Delaware State Golf Association, Maryland State Golf Association and New Jersey State Golf Association. Eight seniors representing each of the aforementioned organizations compete in 18 holes of stroke play. The top six scores from each count toward the team total.

The Golf Association of Philadelphia will look to return to the winner's circle after finishing second in last year's event. The MSGA took home that title at Baltimore Country Club (East Course) in Lutherville, Md. Team GAP holds 15 titles overall.
