Life long "Westsider"
-Attended St. Dominic and Seton High School
-Married my high school sweetheart from Elder
-Earned my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati and my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Wright State University
-I have a son who is 3 named Cohen and a daughter named Mila that was born this July. Maternity leave has been so refreshing!
-We reside in Delhi close to both our families!
-2 years as a kindergarten teacher at St. Catharine of Siena School in Westwood
-2 years as a kindergarten teacher and after school care director at St. Jude School
-3 years as a kindergarten teacher at Villa Madonna Academy in Villa Hills, Kentucky (really ventured into the world with this job!)
-2 years as the Director of Teaching and Learning at Our Lady of the Visitation School
Director of Teaching and Learning Primary Responsibilities:
-Coach and collaborate with teachers in grades 1-8
-Hire quality teachers and aides
-Work in PLCs with grade levels and departments to develop quality curriculum
-Engage staff in plans to improve student achievement rates using RTI, differentiation, and enrichment
-Collaborate with colleagues to develop school wide schedules
-Communicate with stakeholders to uphold a positive school environment where students thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
-Boost staff morale for a quality school environment
-Allocate resources and professional development opportunties
-Plan and prep effective staff meetings and in-services
