Rahul has over 17 years of experience in the Hospitality with multiple International brands. Prior to joining us he was the Executive Assistant Manager of Le Meridien Kochi. He has also worked with the Starwood Global Sales, Le Meridien Jaipur, Le Meridien Dubai and Nikko Hotel International. Rahul brings valuable experience in Strategic Sales Planning and Revenue Management, Operational Excellence and Decentralized Leadership with focus on Profitability. We opened January on great note, with the highest revenue in month of December since hotel opened, & off course my first few days in Culturally rich “Pink City” as I immersed in Four Points by Sheraton brand echoing the values of Honest, Uncomplicated, Comfort.
It’s been a great first few weeks, as got the warm welcome by Ownership, my fellow colleagues and industry partners. I must admit that this hotel has great potential because it has great leaders and associates who are more than eager to take care of our guests and stakeholders.
As we look ahead with Marriott integration, “This year would be year of great change”, Change how we look at business and guest experience. So we all must embrace all learning opportunities and adapt to new environments of benchmarks be it Financials or Non Financials score cards.
In January we celebrated “Makarskaranti” wherein Ownership joined associates in Kite Flying Frenzy, Republic Day brought each department together even it rained during flag hoisting ceremony. Celebration continued as Front Office & Security delivered the great lunch to all associates at our “Yummy Tummy” in Rajasthani Colorful attires.
