Located on the white sand Grand Anse beach, the property features a mix of 64 suites. The suites include villa styled private pool suites or our popular beachfront suites where guests can walk out to a private terrace and on to the beach. Garden suites are also available, located steps from the beach, some with views of the garden and ocean.
Fully inclusive, the property is know for its culinary experiences, sourcing only the freshest of local ingredients for our guests. COVID-19 UPDATE: COVID-19 has horrendously affected personal lives and business around the world. Spice Island Beach Resort has made the difficult decision to reopen on October 1, 2021, taking additional time to further upgrade the resort and conduct renewed training with the staff. Once they reopen, enhanced cleaning will be implemented, using virus killing products plus revised protocol to keep our guests and staff safe. Spice Island Beach Resort was built with privacy and social distancing in mind; from the private pool "villa-styled" suites to our beach-front suites with private patios, guests can enjoy privacy along with the knowledge that we are doing what we can to ensure their much needed vacation is relaxing and safe.

The famed Royal Cinnamon and Saffron Suites are a top pick for guests that enjoy a beach front location. With hammocks, chaise loungers and umbrellas, its a perfect place to relax while having all the conveniences of your suite right there. Guests enjoy the beach side service, including some special treats to ensure we are spoiling you, provided throughout the day.
Private pool suites
Our collection of private pool suites are available in various sizes, located steps from the beach. Starting with the Royal Collection Pool Suite which includes a separate living area, sauna on the pool deck plus additional outdoor living space with chaise loungers and umbrellas.
Seagrape Suites are located directly on the beach with a balcony and terrace. Ideal location to curl up with a good book or a cocktail and enjoy the end of a perfect day. Start your day with breakfast on the terrace and then relax on your hammock on the beach patio. Beach service provided throughout the day.
Spice Island Beach Resort is known island-wide for its exquisite cuisine and romantic beachfront settings. Using the freshest of locally sourced ingredients, our Executive Chef prepares a different menu every evening for the duration of your stay. molinere underwater Sculpture park
Located 20 minutes from the resort is the Molinere Underwater Sculpture Park was created by British sculptor Jason deCaires Taylor. Located in 30 ft of crystal clear water with over 120 sculptures, it can easily accessed by snorkeling or scuba diving. This option can be booked in advance or after you arrive. Dive Operator is located on property and boat will pick you up from the beach.
"You can smell nutmeg and cinnamon in the air in Grenada". We hear this a lot from our guests and are happy to organize a tour to watch chocolate being made or to see how nutmeg and cinnamon is grown.
