Sport specific sessions to get you Piste-fit
Do you have an ankle/calf injury problem? If so we have a new course starting Monday 09/01/17 at 7.00pm. Our injury rehab specialist Tom Pinder is taking this group rehab session specifically aimed at increasing strength, stability and function of the ankle/lower leg
Starting Monday 16/01/17 at 13.00 Body Blast Pilates. Aimed at increasing your cardio fitness, burning those unwanted Christmas pounds, and improving your posture, core strength and stability.
New yoga class starting Friday 13/01/17 at 12.30. Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga with postures held for longer periods of time. It's great for releasing tendons, ligaments and connective fascia.
This January, if you feel the need to detox, Chinese Acupuncture is a gentle relaxing way to do it. Other benefits at this time of year include increasing circulation, improving arthritic joints and staving off those winter colds and flus. Andrew Jones is in clinic every Monday, Tuesday and Friday and also specialises in Tui Na massage and is our resident Tai Chi master
Tuesday at 12.00-13.00 Andrew Jones leads this gentle form of exercise. It combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements.
