This term, our topic will be 'Autumn'

The days are cooler and all around us in Bury, fruit and vegetables are ready to harvest and apples are falling. The hedgerows are full of treasure! We will be collecting walnuts and hazelnuts for counting, sorting and adding to the mud kitchen. We'll be doing bark rubbings, leaf paintings and lots of conker collecting.

Things happening this term:

We have some new babies and toddlers starting this term, please say hello to the new parents you see at drop off and welcome them to the family!

Dates we'll be talking about this term:

Halloween (31st October), spooky stories, songs and lovely pumpkins!

Bonfire night (5th November), firework paintings, stick collecting and campfire songs.

Diwali (7th October), candle making, celebrating light, stories & songs from around the world.

Remembrance (11th November), trip to Bury church and war memorial. Poppy crafts.

Advent (1st December), the excitement of Christmas begins...

I am CLOSED for October Half Term (October 22nd - 26th)

I am CLOSED for Christmas (17th Dec - 4th Jan), but hope to offer some holiday sessions, watch this space.
