Loch Rannoch 3 nights NovemBER 2017 ( 16-19th NOVEMBER 2017)

Dear Friends, I can not explain the serenity you will feel if you join me for this long weekend yoga and hike sleepover in Highland Perthshire, Scotland. From a very young age my family spent as much time as possible in a tardis of a static caravan in Perthshire. I was blessed to be brought up exploring these hills, forests and plunging into the cool loch waters. In any weather, the views, the air and the highland spirit brings an awesome sense of peace and contentment to me.

So, this last new year, with my family, I found the perfect venue for a yoga and hike adventure. Cariganour Estate is a stunning Victorian property with a modern and luxurious interior that extends to around 21,000 acres. There are 9 (king or twin) en-suite bedrooms and as would be expected in a property of Craiganour's size and grandeur, it boasts some impressive rooms for our guests to use and enjoy during their stay, including large drawing room with open fire, stunning dining room and a fabulous common room, which becomes our yoga space.

Your investment of £530 includes your luxury accommodation, all meals, 6 yoga classes, yoga mat and props, two local hikes, bike hire, towels, wifi, endless yogi tea and a goodie bag! It does not include your travel to/from Craiganour (Single supplements apply).

What to bring: yoga wear, hiking wear, hiking boots, waterproofs, hats, gloves, scarves, other outdoor gear if you feel like many adventures ( there's a dry room for wet kit and laundry facilities available too). Bring a good book to curl up by the open fires and don't forget your camera!
