Concordia advances to the championship

- Concordia's 2nd half shooting of 60 percent allowed them to pull out the win
- This is the Bulldogs second trip to the Championship in two years
- In 2015 they were runner-up to Morningside (Iowa) and 2018 fell to Dakota Wesleyan
Southeastern advances to the championship for the first time ever
- Southeastern defeats Dakota Wesleyan, 78-75 | Box Score
- Dakota Wesleyan had 18 rebounds while Southeastern only had 11
- Dakota Wesleyan only shot 19% compared to Southeastern's 38% in the first quarter. The Fire led 17-11 after quarter one
- Kynedi Cheeseman went 4/4 from three and collected 14 points in the second, 19 points total in the half.
- Dakota Wesleyan cuts Southeastern's lead to four at the end of the half
- At the end of the third quarter, Southeastern had been to the line 12 times compared to DWU 3 times.
- Regulation play ended with a score of 61-61 sending the game to overtime
- The first overtime ended with a score of 69-69
- Osthus and Karst fouled out in overtime sending Dakota Wesleyan deeper into their bench than normal
- Makenzie Cann had a huge block in the second overtime eliminating Dakota Wesleyan chance to score
- Cheeseman earned another double-double in the tournament ending the night and leading the Tigers with 32 points and 14 rebounds
- Marlena Schmidt earned a double-double for the Fire with 13 points and 12 rebounds
- Paulsson-Glantz led the team in scoring with 16 points
- This is Southeastern's fifth national tournament appearance and their first championship game appearance
