Pope Francis I a man for humanity

Pope Francis I, or as his given name Jorge Mario Bergoglio, is truly a man that has dedicated his life to improving the lives of others. He is an advocate of acceptance, modernization, and peace. Unlike most other popes, he has fought the church over their discrimination towards homosexuality, abortion, and birth control, despite not completely agreeing with these controversial topics. He wanted change within the church as he disagreed with some of their past decisions. Francis is now using some of the church money that was once used for selfish purposes to help oppressed and poverty-stricken nations. The biggest and most important thing he supports is peace. He believes that in most situations fighting is unnecessary to resolve conflicts of interest. Pope Francis I is not only a good religious figure, he is also a great example for the average person who is trying to do good in this world.
