Digital literacy & creativity in education is more important than ever before. A wide range of simple and professional Adobe creativity applications are now available in more university faculties and other Post-Secondary institutions then ever before. To help get to know these apps, the Adobe Education team are running a series of free webinars for Post-Secondary educators throughout Semester 1, 2021.
Note that this registration form also includes links to a wide range of other Adone in Education events so make sure you select the events most relevant to you.
Session 1 is an overview of new and well established Adobe applications that are being used by students and teachers in senior secondary to construct learning in creative ways and enhance modern communication skills.
Applications covered during session 1:
- Adobe Spark
- Character Animator
- Premiere Pro
Following session 1, participants will be surveyed to help prioritise which of the above apps they would like further information and demonstrations on for the next two sessions.
- Photoshop with Tim Kitchen
- Illustrator with Craig Daalmeijer-Power
- Spark Page with Erin Raethke
During these events, we will be encouraging teachers to join the new free Adobe Creative Educator program for educators in every subject area and level. To recognise professional development, participants will earn badges for completing each level of the Adobe Creative Educator program.
We encourage you to enroll in this program in advance or during the webinar series.
