About us

Angie Stewart.

Angie Stewart is the founder of Third Eye Music Management LTD a diverse management company and record label representing, managing and promoting local acts. Angie has an extensive history in marketing and sales in NZ and a strong background in branding, business development management and promotion services. Raised in New Zealand she has been a successful sales and marketing manager among many industries.

Angies mission is to mentor, support and promote local rock and metal bands to help them find opportunities to better their music careers. As well as being an active member of the (MMF Music managers forum) Angie also judges NZ's annual battle of the bands competition. She has also spent time in the USA working in the planning devision at SXSW and attending the A&R worldwide MUSEXPO international and media conference and global rock summit.

Third Eye Music events include the annual shred fest compassion as well as events for local bands such as, fire aid and Valentines day massacre. Third Eye also hosts and promotes events for bands wanting to do album release shows and other various gigs.

Angie also acts as a booking agent for International bands looking at touring New Zealand and can assist with booking venues, lighting, sound, accomodation, transportation, support acts. ticketing and promotion.

Among Angie’s strengths are her extensive knowledge of music, her friendly outgoing personality and drive, her integrity and her growing industry knowledge, experience and networks.

Dan Painter.

DPPM is a creative project specialising in digital video and image solutions. Dan has worked extensively with Third Eye Music collaborating on projects for various events and promotions. He also works as a commercial product photographer focusing on alcoholic beverages and photographic manipulation.

Dans music taste is eclectic at best enjoying sounds from many genres and styles. However, growing up during the 80's and 90's rock and metal were his staple diet. Dan is ever on his personal quest to curate the perfect playlist, looking for new and fresh music that energises and inspires him. Some of his all time favourite bands are Deftones, Filter, Techn9ne and a Perfect circle.
