Softball fast pitch Erica Babitts

Hook- Every wanted to throw the most clean fastball?

Background information about your topic-What makes you an authority? I have been pitching for a couple years and have trained my Fastball to work as clean as possible

Step 1. Hold the ball across its laces with a soft hand

Step 2. Swim your arms back with medium speed

Step 3. Push your right or left foot hard onto the ground while you throw your arms up using all your strength

Step 4. Use your legs to push you up high, while you circle your arms around your body

Step 5. Make sure you turn your body letting your arms swing closer to your body

Step 6. Then snap the ball once you hit the center of your hips

Step 7. Come through with your back leg as you turn your hips back to its original position
