Animal Enrichment Getting to know your client

Animal enrichment is the way in which animal caregivers keep animals happy and healthy.

Animals need ways to act like they could in the wild. Animal enrichment considers the behaviors that animals need to do on instinct- like dig, burrow, or hunt.
Knowing information about your animal can help you decide what it needs

For example

Red Foxes stalk their prey.
Peacocks generally feed on grains, insects, small reptiles, berries, and figs
Lions are very social animals. They like to play and live in groups

Now it's your turn. Pick an animal. What do you need to consider next?
