Senior Claire Cornwell is in her final season as part of the Rams softball team, coached by Neil Dittmer. On the field she plays many positions but mainly first, second and third bases. Cornwell is a three-sport athlete also participating in volleyball in the fall and basketball in the winter. Cornwell is also a member of National Honor Society and serves as the Student Council President. "It's bittersweet to be a senior as everything almost comes to a end. I am ready for college, but will miss highs school and sports," said Cornwell. Cornwell is eager to start her final season at Paoli. "I think we have the potential to do some pretty great things. we are talented athletes and work pretty good together," said Cornwell.
Claire prepares stretching her arm so she can throw the ball well. Cornwells goal this year for softball season is that she would like to win conference and sectional as a team. Personally she wants to finish with a decent batting average.
