General Information


Adobe's work week runs from Saturday to Friday. Time should be entered into PSA on a weekly basis. The deadline for time entry is typically end of day Friday. The exception to that is when we reach the end of a fiscal period (month or quarter). In those cases time is due by 4:00 PM.

Please see the Entering Time Process for detailed instructions on how to submit expenses in PSA.


Expenses should be entered into PSA within one week of them occurring. All consultants must submit expenses into PSA as well as to their partner company. The partner company will then bill Adobe for expenses.

Adobe Connect

In order to procure a Connect account, contact the Help Desk at 408-536-4357


Please follow these steps to procure an Intercall account:

  • Using your Adobe email + password, please log into:
  • Select “Manage Intercall” (the first option under the Voice Services list on the top right)
  • Under Actions, select “Add an Account”, then click submit

You will be notified once your account is set up.

Setting up Email

Our email is managed by Office 365.

Navigate and login to Outlook 365 - using your Adobe Email and ADOBENET Password provided in your Welcome to Adobe Consulting email.
