How to better our environment ANDREW BOWMAN

STEP 1:

Composting helps our environment by breaking down biodegradable items, and creating it into fertile soil.

STEP 2:

Recycling can better our environment by keeping items such as plastic bottles and glass out of the landfill, so that we can reuse them again.

STEP 3:

Using clothes instead of paper towels can reduce the amount of trash we produce.

STEP 4:

Donations go a long way and create an alternative to just throwing away our old clothes/items. People around us and across the country can reuse the items that we feel is useless.

STEP 5:

Volunteering in your community and planting new trees is a necessity, because we as people cut down too many trees as it is for our own use and forget that trees are the reason why we live and breath today.

STEP 6:

Biking can reduce the use of fuel we use. Other ways we can reduce using fuel is by car pooling!

STEP 7:

Reducing energy use as much as possible can help the environment and yourself as you will find out your electricity bill will be lower at the end of month.

STEP 8:

Refusing to buy excessively boxed packaging can change a producer of a product to change their packaging and make better for the economy

STEP 9:

Wash and dry only full loads of laundry and dishes to save water.

STEP 10:

Leave grass clippings on the yard—they decompose and return nutrients to the soil by doing this your making your grass GREENER! And keeping clippings from being in the trash that will later be taken to a landfill.
