Court Packing Plan "we need more justices, i guess?" - Franklin D. Roosevelt

So, this packing plan was all thought up by FDR. He wanted to add more Justices to the court which then resulted in more opinions from a lot of biased judges. The balance was all changed now; differing opinions cascading through the court would turn everything about.

All in all the Court Packing Plan was to assure that the New Deal stayed in affect and that any hostile justices who were against it, didn't have any say in the choices the court made because of the other justices negating his decision.
