The Sand Creek Massacre November 29, 1864. Colonel Chivington lead his men to Black Kettle's Camp where they brutally murdered and mutilated 105 Indian women and children and 28 men. They then continued to chop up their bodies and wear pieces of them.
The Battle of Little Bighhorn June 26, 1876. General Custer lead his troops into battle against the Sioux where 210 of his men, including himself, died.
The Battle of Wounded Knee December 29, 1890. US forces massacred 150 natives, marking the final conflict between the US and the Sioux.
