Eating healthy is a great way to keep sicknesses away. Stuffing your face with Oreo cookies may be very fun and delicious but it's not very healthy. I understand turning your nose up when it comes to eating healthier foods like vegetables when they're up against other things like cake or cupcakes seeing as how cake looks more appealing than a little tree looking thing, but it's better for you. Like some parents tell their children, 'It helps you become big and strong.' Make your parents proud and eat your vegetables.
Exercise is another great way to prevent you from getting sick or be attacked by a bad virus. Hopefully the photo above says all that needs to be said seeing as how it shows you every bad thing that involves smoking but if not then keep reading. Smoking obviously is a seriously bad idea. It's not cool to blow smoke into other people's face so if you think that you'll gain popularity by smoking, don't. Smoking is a big mood killer and it tortures the lungs, head, neck, and other places on the body. My grandmother is someone that's been smoking since she was 14, meaning she's been smoking for 46 years. She says it was a huge mistake to start, she has been able to quit but then started up again no later then a month or two. Don't make the same mistake she did and stay away from smoking.
See? Healthy can be better. Take my advice and be healthy, you'll be thankful. Not eating cake, or Oreos isn't going to hurt you, it'll actually do the opposite. Remember, it's protecting your body, not destroying it.
