The Logistics Coordinator's role is to take all facets of transportation off your mind. The coordinator will arrange shipments and secure truckloads, ensuring that pickup and delivery is done in a timely manner. Our clients can rest easy knowing that shipments will be coordinated properly with the on-site project manager, so that no labor down time occurs.

On-Site Project Manager
An on-site Project Manager is assigned to each of our projects and is the lead foreman for our installation teams. The on-site Project Manager is in close, daily communication with your assigned Project Manager. This allows us to adapt to changes as necessary, quickly and efficiently.
The Project Coordinator coordinates all pertinent information between our in-house Logistics Management Team and the many material and third-party manufacturers to ensure shipments are scheduled and timelines are adhered to. Project Coordinators are also a key component in coordination as your requirements and changes occur. As the scope of the project evolves, the Project Coordinator communicates any revisions to our manufacturers, Logistics Department, and is key to ensuring communication is timely to you.
Service to you through the duration of the project is a key focus for the project coordinator. Project Coordinators are also a direct line of communication between Storage Solutions and your Accounts Receivable and Payable Departments.
After the project is completed, our coordinators serve as a resource to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the outcome of the project.
