Adobe Leadership Pods The new learning ecosystem to help leaders embed learnings and achieve long-lasting behavioural change which will help adobe win!

THE ADOBE LEADERSHIP PODS ARE CHANGING THE WAY WE LEARN@ADOBE - FOREVER!

SCALE, RELEVANCE, IMPACT

The Adobe Leadership Pods are a new scalable and flexible learning system that allows your organisation to address its concrete leadership challenges in a secure environment and at the right times to help your teams and Adobe win.

EMEA AGS and AGS INDIA HAVE DONE IT!

AGS led the way - with 128 people leader across EMEA and India participating in the first Sprint of their Leadership Pods.

In 2016, Julie Warburton led her then 71 EMEA AGS people leaders through the trial of this new scalable learning system for a period of 5 months and 4 Pod meetings focusing on the Leadership Capability of 'Role Modeling Check-in'. By July 2016, AGS India followed suit with 57 AGS people leaders engaging, exchanging and evolving through this new learning mechanism.

  • 9 Pod groups of approximately 8 people leaders of mixed seniorities and geographies met virtually via Adobe Connect and Webcam for 90 minutes, every 4 weeks.
  • Each Pod group was led by an AGS-internal facilitator, enabled by Talent Development in regards to content and facilitation in Adobe Connect.
