The past couple of months Crumbl Cookies has become to newest sensation. Thanks to Crumbl Cookies growing amount of customers the company has decided to expand and open more stores all over the United States including New Albany, Ohio. Crumbl Cookies is known for their unique and delicious cookie recipes that ensure the return of many customers. Not only are the cookies unique, but so is the menu. Every week there are new cookie flavors to try.
Finn Paul, a sophomore at Worthington Kilbourne High School, believes the frequent change in cookies is a great idea. "It gives you an opportunity to try something new every time you go in" he says.
Itzel Alarcon, a sophomore at Worthington Kilbourne High School, shares although she likes the variety it can be frustrating at times. "It can be annoying if you can't go and miss out on a flavor you thought you would like."
Although Crumbl Cookies was established in 2017 they have just now started to gain popularity. Paul says the sudden gain in popularity was caused by social media "Social media was able to spread it [Crumbl Cookies] and make it popular. Not a lot of people just go out to find cookie shops."
Mallory Wiles, a senior at Worthington Kilbourne High School, believes Crumbl Cookies established its fan base through TikTok. "Tiktok was able to spread the word about Crumbl Cookies. Seeing popular influencers talk about their favorite flavors made others want to try them."
Wiles shares her favorite flavors are double fudge brownie, Oero, and Chocolate chip. "If you ever get a chance to try them I highly recommend these flavors."
Many still ask the question "Why are these cookies so special?" Paul says "What sets these cookies apart from any others is the fact that they are homemade and freshly baked everyday."
