Music "One good thing about music, when it hits you you feel no pain." - Bob Marley.

Hi, my name is Joshua Moores and i am doing music as my passion as it is one of the many arts we have in life which we all have access too and we can all create, it inspires us to do many great things and motivates us to reach our limit.
Music is an art of sound in time that expresses ideas and emotions in significant forms through the elements of rhythm, melody, harmony and colour.
To meet the maximum benefit with music you must not only listen with your ears but heart and soul, listen to music in a quiet place, lose yourself in the music forget about everything else, singing along and dancing with the music. Learning to play an instrument can help you connect with certain songs. If you do these i'm positive you will meet the maximum benefit with music.
We all value music differently, to some it is just tunes in their head to others its an obsession there is no exact value of music as everyone feels differently about it, but to some people they value music more than they value anything else. People may value music as it is part of their life, part of their career or they just enjoy it. These are the ways we value music differently.
Children should be involved with music at a young age as it can open up their vocabulary says Mr Adam Al-Chalabi an Associate Professor in university of music, participation in music at an early age can help improve a child's learning ability and memory by stimulating different patterns of brain development says children's music specialist Meredith LeVande of MonkeyMonkeyMusic.com, music is a confidence builder, it connects people together and helps make friends. These are the reasons why children should listen to music at an early age.
Why music is important, music is important because it serves multiple purposes. One, music helps us get away from all the clutter in life, it is part of every culture, it helps the vocabulary open up to new words, it is a way of communicating our feelings, music brings people together.
