What are PST and OST files?

Method 1: Sending Files through Mail

So if the data in your OST file is low or you want to select only specific mails and contacts you can forward them to your personal mail and then retrieve from personal mail to MS outlook. You can also send items as

• Right click on the files you want to send.

• Select save as Outlook format and compress the files

• Send Zip folder to mail

Method 2: Transfer OST Data to New PST file

• Open Outlook and Go to Menu

• Click on File >>Account settings

• Click on New, the New PST file will be created

Now select data from OST which you want to carry and paste it to this newly created PST file.

Method 3: OST to PST Software
