Well done to our shining stars ✨ this week. These children have shown outstanding attitudes to learning and are the children's role models in class which is why we take the time to share with you who our stars are.

Well done to:

Madara in Gruffalo for having a good attitude towards her learning, Omer in Pinocchio for being a superstar helper, Nicholas in Paddington for being a good listener and always trying his best and Erin in Elmer for always sitting nicely and being ready to learn.

Friday 31st March: 3.15-5pm Don't forget our CAFFS have organised a spring fair to help raise money for the school. Please come armed with some loose change to support them. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜ƒ
Can you help Mrs Jones?
Bottle Tombola at the spring fling- what will you win? Any one with a 5 or a 0 at the end is a winner!

Help needed:Β Mrs Jones is running a bottle tombola at the Spring Fling. Please help us by donating a bottle of something to go on the stall. This may include anything from a bottle of shampoo to a bottle of wine.

If you are able to help in other ways in the spring fling please chat to Abby our chair of CAFFS (Civitas academy, friends, family and staff) or any of the parents who are already helping to put this event on.

Forest school for those children who have not yet been in Paddington Class

Watch out for a letter in book bags this week informing you about our switch to our online payment and booking system that will be starting on the 24th April.

On Friday we sent a poster about healthy pack lunches home to remind you that we have a healthy school policy. Just to remind you that we also are not allowed to have food that contains nuts. This includes Nutella and Peanut butter. This is because some children have nut allergies.

We have had a sickness and diarrhoea bug going round our school. To help us fight this and stop the germs spreading please remember we have a 48hr no returning to school after the last bout of illness.

Last day of term for the children is Thursday 6th April returning on Monday the 24th April. Breakfast club and After school club will run as usual on this Monday

Last day for After School Club: Wednesday 5th April

We will be changing the after school activities for the summer term. You will receive a letter in the first week back asking which activity your child would like to attend.

The PE team will be putting on a free fitness BEFORE school club for all our children, Civitas family members and staff starting at 8am- 8.40am where all can join in on a Monday morning to get motivated for the week. All welcome including babies and buggies! This will start NEXT TERM.
