Services

Sincerely You Portraits retains the right to refuse service to anyone. If at any time before a session takes place the photographer feels that SYP & the Client are no longer a good fit to work together, a cancellation of services letter will be sent to the client and a refund may be issued at the discretion of the studio.

Cancellations

Session fees are non-refundable in the event that you must cancel your session.

Reschedules

The session fee covers 1 free reschedule to apply toward your photoshoot -or- your ordering appointment if you provide 3+ days advance notice. A 2nd reschedule will require a new retainer of $150 to be paid. SYP will not accept any further attempts to reschedule and will result in a cancellation of services letter.

Ordering Appointments

Your ordering appointment should take place the same day as your session. If an exception is made, your ordering appointment must take place within 30 calendar days of your photoshoot. If 30 days pass, your images will be archived. After 30 days, there is a $150 retainer to reschedule your ordering appointment, plus an additional $50 fee to retrieve your images from archive.

IMPORTANT: Images not purchased are purged immediately after the ordering appointment. Additionally, Sincerely You Portraits DOES NOT guarantee backup of purchased or archived photos. SYP retains the right to purge images at any time.

Final Sale

At the time of ordering, the client will sign a contract agreement stating that all sales are final. There is a 3-day grace period to make changes to the order. After 3 days, order cancellation will result in a forfeiture of payments (no refunds).

Product Delivery

Products are ordered once paid in-full. Lead time can take up to 6 weeks depending on the products ordered, but normally can be expected to be ready within 3 weeks. No partial deliveries are allowed - products are delivered all together, and a Product Delivery agreement will be signed by the client. SYP quality checks all products, but gives the client 3 days to make full examinations of products and inform of any defects. Defective product must be returned to SYP before a replacement order is created.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

Sincerely You Portraits retains copyright to all images. Purchase of high resolution digitals includes a personal print release. You may not submit your images to publications or contests without the written consent of the photographer.

Alcohol & Props

The use of alcohol is not permitted on the Photographer's premises without a signed waver. Consumption of alcohol prior to and/or during the session may negatively impact the results of the images. The photographer has the right to cease work and retain all deposits.

Props must be approved by the photographer in advance of the shoot. Firearms are strictly prohibited.
