PSB Parternership: The PSB BDS (Bureau des Sports) has a partnership with Forest Hill gym. This is probably one of the best options for you. Forest Hill is a well-known gym, they have various locations around Paris. The closest one to PSB Campus can be found in Aquaboulevard (between Balard and Porte de Versailles metro stations).

One of the cool benefits of being a PSB student is you can receive an annual gym membership card for only 185 € (15 € per month), as opposed to a public price of 780€. So don’t hesitate to use your ISIC card. Go on http://www.isic.fr/sports-etudiants/ and found out what is made for you.

Gigagym: The location can’t be any closer! No more excuses to skip a workout. This gym has all you need, with a spacious area dedicated to cardio, body-building and stretching. Beginners and experts put on your training shoes and get in shape at Gygagym!

Piscine de la Butte aux Cailles: That is absolutely perfect you have a pool right next to the PSB Campus. Expect to pay 3€ per person.

Did you know that swimming has a lot of benefits, here are the top 3:

  • Good exercise: Swimming helps you exercise most of your body parts without straining your joints.
  • Endurance: Swimming competitions are the best way to test and improve your endurance. The longer you swim, the more your body tolerates hard workouts.
  • Swimming burns about 450 to 950 calories per hour; it all depends on your pace.

Gymnase Caillaux: Here you can play several different sports. The best way to know which one you want to sign-up for is by going to the Gymnase Caillaux and take a look at the board full of flyers.

Usually those associations have pretty cheap prices, but expect to sign in for a year. This option is probably best for students that are staying for a full year.

Centre Sportif Charles Moureu: This place is a large opened area where you can use the facilities anytime of the day. The dressing rooms are not always available, school groups are priority.

Enjoy the running track to build up your speed and agility, the basketball court to improve your jump-shot or the tennis court to perfect your backhand.

Working out in Paris and at PSB Paris School of business is very easy if you really want to. You have so many options and so many opportunities to enjoy a fun and sport year.
