Camping By Mitchell

Over the summer me and my dad and the rest of my cub scout group went to a camp in Janesville, It was a warm and sunny summer day. We pulled up and a worker told us where our campsite was.

Me and my dad and and the rest of my troop went up a very muddy hill to our campsite. When we got up the hill we set up our tent.

This is like the tent we had when we went camping.

When it was time for bed my dad said that it was going to storm. I was a little scared that we were in a tent and there was going to be a big storm. After about an hour there was a gigantic thunderstorm. BOOM! the thunder went. From inside the tent all I could see was yellow flashes outside. My dad said It will be okay but I was still scared.

The next day I woke up and the ground was soaked. So then we had breakfast and we went home.
