Ken Fulk designed the living quarters at the Harrison and has been quoted by AD, as saying, “I wanted the apartment to feel like a refuge. I wanted people to walk through their doors and exhale. It should feel beautiful and comforting.” He certainly has captured that feeling for the residents.
The amenities at the Harrison include a 2500 sf fitness facility with locker rooms and a heated outdoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi, doormen, and specialized concierge service. There’s also a Sky Lounge, Uncle Harry’s, which is located on the 49th floor which has become a very popular gathering spot for the residents while they enjoy food prepared by world renowned chefs, remarkable wine, art and entertainment. The design is meant to resemble luxury private residences. Forbes has named The Harrison as one of the “5 Hot Luxury Properties on the West Coast.”
Next is the South Tower which was completed in 2008. The first residents began moving in the beginning of February 2008. This tower is the taller tower between the two and stands 60 stories tall. It is listed as the 5th tallest building in San Francisco and the tallest all-residential tower west of the Mississippi River. With those titles come some jaw dropping vistas. Just like its partner, the Harrison, One Rincon Hill South Tower is designed to accommodate upscale tastes.
The units have floor-to-ceiling insulated glass walls with beautiful balconies to enjoy the expansive views of San Francisco.
