One Rincon Hill 425 1st Street, San Francisco, CA 94105

One Rincon Hill offers a way of living which focuses on experiences. Also, truly built with a clear intention of making the most of the amazing vistas that one would find from this level of residence. Whether it is daylight or evening, you will always have beautiful views which will impress you and your guests.

It starts with two towers and one smaller connecting building which between them all house both luxury style condos and townhomes. They can be found in the heart of SoMa (South of Market), a premier location which is home to many museums and is headquarters for several major software and internet companies as well. The location offers a soft flow from exploring the neighboring community and extending to the gracious welcome one finds on the return upon entering the lobby.

Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz and Associates of Chicago were the architectural firm who designed this beautiful complex. The developer is Urban West Associates out of San Diego. Rincon Hill is the developer’s second project in the San Francisco area.

The towers have residential style choices for everyone. There are 695 condos in the towers and 14 townhomes located at the foot of the towers. With 26 different floorplans to choose from there is definite appeal which will suit even the most discerning buyers.

Let’s start by talking about the Harrison a/k/a the North Tower. The Harrison was built in 2013 and contains about 300 units. It has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences. Floorplans range from 613 to more than 3,200 sf, with an average of 1,136 sf. Some units come with walk-in closets, single or dual balconies and bonus rooms. The views are outstanding.

Ken Fulk designed the living quarters at the Harrison and has been quoted by AD, as saying, “I wanted the apartment to feel like a refuge. I wanted people to walk through their doors and exhale. It should feel beautiful and comforting.” He certainly has captured that feeling for the residents.

The amenities at the Harrison include a 2500 sf fitness facility with locker rooms and a heated outdoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi, doormen, and specialized concierge service. There’s also a Sky Lounge, Uncle Harry’s, which is located on the 49th floor which has become a very popular gathering spot for the residents while they enjoy food prepared by world renowned chefs, remarkable wine, art and entertainment. The design is meant to resemble luxury private residences. Forbes has named The Harrison as one of the “5 Hot Luxury Properties on the West Coast.

Next is the South Tower which was completed in 2008. The first residents began moving in the beginning of February 2008. This tower is the taller tower between the two and stands 60 stories tall. It is listed as the 5th tallest building in San Francisco and the tallest all-residential tower west of the Mississippi River. With those titles come some jaw dropping vistas. Just like its partner, the Harrison, One Rincon Hill South Tower is designed to accommodate upscale tastes.

The units have floor-to-ceiling insulated glass walls with beautiful balconies to enjoy the expansive views of San Francisco. Some of the amenities include a business center, party room, concierge, doorman, heated pool, conference room, fitness center, sauna and more. It truly is the definition of resort style living.
